The catalytic converter is the most important external purification device installed in the exhaust system, which can convert harmful gases such as CO, HC and NOx from the exhaust gas into harmless carbon dioxide, water and nitrogen through oxidation and reduction.

The three-way catalyst (TWC) for motorcycle to meet the EPA, CARB and Euro III, IV, V , VI emission standard. By using iron chromium aluminum alloy (FeCrAl) honeycomb body as the carrier,  platinum (Pt), palladium(Pd), rhodium (Rh) and other precious metals as the catalyst active components. The use of special coating technology to improve the adhesion of precious metals on metallic substrate, conversion efficiency for CO, HC and NOX can reach over 85%, which will help the catalysts meeting 30000 Km durability requirement.

Before entering VOCs gas, it is necessary to enter flowing fresh air to fully preheat the catalyst (preheat to 240ºC~350ºC).The catalyst should be handled gently, and the direction of the catalyst hole should be consistent with the direction of the air flow when filling, and placed closely, without gaps.The optimal operating temperature of the catalyst is 250~500ºC, the exhaust gas concentration is 500~4000mg/m3, and GHSV is 10000~20000h-1. It should be avoided as far as possible to avoid the sudden increase of exhaust gas concentration or the long-term high temperature of catalyst above 600ºC.The catalyst should be moistureproof, do not soak or rinse with water.

Through catalytic oxidation of all kinds of industrial volatile organic waste gas VOCs, to achieve industrial emission standards, mainly used in catalytic combustion treatment of food, chemical, printing, machinery, automobile manufacturing, petrochemical, organic chemical, pharmaceutical chemical industry emissions containing carbon monoxide, aromatic hydrocarbons, hydrocarbons and oxygen-containing derivatives, etc toxic and harmful organic waste gas.
