Motorcycle lamps are devices for lighting and emitting light signals. Its function is to provide various lighting lights for motorcycle driving and prompt the contour position and steering direction of the vehicle to ensure the driving safety of the vehicle. Motorcycle lamps include headlamp, brake lamp, rear position lamp, rear license plate lamp, steering lamp, reflector, etc.

1. Headlights

The headlamp is located at the front of the vehicle, and its function is to illuminate the road ahead of the vehicle. The headlamp is composed of lamp cover, lamp housing, reflector bowl, bulb, lamp holder, dust cover, light adjusting screw and harness. The lampshade, lamp shell and reflective bowl are made of PC (polycarbonate).

The shape of the headlight is round, square and irregular. It is divided into single lamp and double lamp, and the light color is white or warm.

2. Brake light

Lamps indicating that the vehicle is braking to the vehicles and pedestrians behind the vehicle to remind the coming vehicles to pay attention to safety.

The brake lamp is composed of lampshade, lamp housing, reflector bowl, bulb, lamp holder, dust cover and wire harness. The light color is red. The lampshade material is usually PMMA plexiglass, the lamp shell material is PP or ABS, and the reflective bowl material is PC (polycarbonate).

3. Rear position lamp

Lamps that indicate the presence of the vehicle when viewed from the rear of the motorcycle. The rear position lamp is usually combined with the brake lamp, and the light color is red.

4. Rear license lamp

Lamps used to illuminate the rear license plate space. The rear license plate lamp and the rear position lamp usually share the same light source. The light from the rear position lamp passes through the lens under the tail lamp cover to illuminate the vehicle license plate. The light color is white.

5. Turn signal lamp

Turn signal lamp is a lamp used to show other vehicles and pedestrians that the vehicle will turn left or right. There are a total of 4 turn signals on the front, rear and left sides of the motorcycle, and the light color is generally amber. The turn signal lamp is composed of lampshade, lamp housing, reflector bowl, bulb, handle and wire harness. The lampshade material is usually PMMA plexiglass, the lamp shell material is PP or ABS, and the handle material is EPDM or rigid PVC.

6. Reflector

A device that indicates the presence of vehicles to vehicles and pedestrians near the light source through the reflected light after being illuminated by an external light source. Reflectors are divided into side reflectors and rear reflectors. The reflective color of the side reflectors is amber, which is generally located on both sides of the front shock absorber of the motorcycle; The reflective color of the rear reflector is red, which is generally located on the rear fender. The rear reflector of some models is located on the tail lamp cover.
