The Catalyst is widely used in motorcycles and vehicle (gasoline engine and diesel engine) exhaust system. We can supply both metallic substrate coated with or without noble metals of Pt，Pd, Rh，and can meet the emission standard Euro 2-5 / EPA and CARB.

The carrier part of the catalyst is a piece of porous ceramic material, which is installed in the special exhaust pipe. It is called a carrier because it does not participate in catalytic reactions, but is covered with platinum, rhodium, palladium and other precious metals. It can change HC and CO in exhaust gas into water and CO2, and decompose NOx into nitrogen and oxygen. HC and CO are toxic gases. Excessive inhalation will lead to death, while NOX will directly lead to photochemical smog.

The preferred catalyst support structure is a honeycomb configuration which includes a variety of unobstructed parallel channels sized to through gas flow and bounded by thin ceramic walls. The walls of these channels provide the surface for precious-metal catalysts that convert noxious emissions into carbon dioxide, nitrogen and water vapor.
