If it can be started, it can’t be done, which means that there is a fault in some part of the fuel system that has not been found, and the pipeline of the fuel supply system must be completely dredged. Otherwise, it is possible that the fault of automatic engine shutdown will occur again.

The engine temperature is too high.

If the temperature is too high and the lubrication is poor, the piston and cylinder will bite, and the flameout will also be caused. The sign before stalling is that the power gradually decreases at first and then stops suddenly. After the diagnosis, first check whether there is lubricating oil in the crankcase. If there is not much or no lubricating oil, check whether the oil pan or oil drain plug leaks. After finding out the problem, handle it, and then add enough lubricating oil. If it is not a problem of oil leakage, check whether the lubricating oil is excessively worn, and add or replace the lubricating oil in time.

Circuit fault.

Automatic shutdown caused by sudden power failure of the circuit, the engine will not have any abnormality before sudden shutdown. The cause of sudden power failure of the engine usually occurs on the line, such as loose and disconnected connectors, wire cutting, short circuit, etc. For example, if the ignition coil is poor, it may be that the ignition coil connector is loose and disconnected. Check each connector, remove the oil stain, increase the clamping force of the connector piece and seat, and increase the contact strength to ensure stable contact. If the trigger coil is poor and the lead connector of the trigger coil is loose, the lead welding strength should be strengthened and the hidden danger of false welding should be completely removed.

Clutch or other parts are stuck.

When the screws on the clutch support disc are not tightened, and the safety rivet point is not punched properly, which can not play the safety role, the screws become looser and looser during the engine operation, so that the top of the screw covers the bearing cover plate of the transmission countershaft, and the clutch is stuck and can not rotate, resulting in a sudden stop. In this case, first remove the transmission and eliminate it according to the clutch looseness. When the transmission gear is broken, its debris gets stuck in the transmission, or the transmission chain gets loose and stuck at the main shaft sprocket, it will cause sudden stop. So when the engine suddenly stops, find out the problem first and then eliminate it one by one.
