Straight tube

Straight tube1Advantages: Smooth exhaust and power utilization Disadvantages: Poor low speed and high noise.

There are no partitions or other facilities installed inside the straight pipe. Instead, it is wrapped with sound-absorbing cotton to block some of the noise. The exhaust gas is directly discharged without any obstruction, and explosive sounds are emitted due to severe expansion, which is commonly known as noise. In addition, the long overlap time between the intake and exhaust valves at low speeds will cause the mixture in the combustion chamber to flow out. The design with a large and smooth diameter will naturally slow down the exhaust gas flow rate at low speeds, resulting in a vulgar and powerless situation. On the other hand, under high-speed conditions, the large amount of exhaust gas emitted is not obstructed and can naturally fully exert its power.

Backpressure tube

Straight tube2Advantages: Quiet and low speed response False Disadvantages: Affects high rotational power output.

The back pressure pipe is separated by a partition The volume change in the muffler cargo pipe generates pressure that generally returns to the cylinder when the engine ignites and explodes When the piston is pushed down and the exhaust valve opens, the pressure returned from the exhaust pipe will block the exhaust gas from rushing out, allowing the combustion to continue pushing the piston down to the dead center at night. On the contrary, if the back pressure is too high, it will cause the exhaust gas to be unable to be discharged from the cylinder, resulting in low intake efficiency, thereby reducing combustion efficiency and affecting engine power output.
